Biography of Joe White

Joe White is a distinguished speaker and author, writing 16 books designed to reach families. He has been a guest speaker countless times for Dr. James Dobson, including the host of "Life On The Edge", a call-in talk show sponsored by Focus on the Family.

Mr. White attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, where he played defensive tackle for the SMU Mustangs. He went on to earn a B.A. in Biology, then became a coach at Texas A & M University.

Joe white is the President and owner of Kanakuk Kamps, hosting 20,000 campers and 2,500 staff members each summer. He is the founder of Kids Across America, camps committed to reaching the inner-city youth of our nation.

Currently, Mr. White keeps a busy speaking schedule, speaking at five events this year with Promise Keepers, he continues to maintain a highly active role at Kamp Kanakuk, coaching and counseling.
